Position: BIM Modeler – Mechanical
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8–10 Years
Job Description:
- Develop and manage BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting systems using Revit.
- Prepare and modify 2 D drawings in Auto CAD as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free and coordinated models.
- Generate shop drawings, layouts, sections, and details for infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Support BIM coordination meetings and incorporate design changes efficiently.
- Maintain model accuracy and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP & Auto CAD.
- Good understanding of infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
