JEG BIM Solutions is currently looking for an ideal candidate Mechanical BIM Modeller. 2 to 5 Years’ Experience and strong knowledge in BIM Authoring Software is essential.
Job Position:
BIM Modeler Mechanical - 2 Nos.
Technical skills required:
1. Strong proficiency in BIM software tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Auto CAD Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and construction practices related to MEP systems is also important.
2. Working experience with BIM software in the context of MEP systems is highly valuable. Candidates with a proven track record of successfully completing projects using BIM methodologies, including clash detection, coordination, and construction documentation.
3. A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is crucial for a MEP BIM modeler. This includes knowledge of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical power distribution, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, and other related systems.
4. MEP BIM modelers should be adept at identifying and resolving clashes, conflicts, and other issues that may arise during the coordination process. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to address design conflicts and ensure efficient MEP system integration.

Diploma / BE with 2-5 years of professional experience.
