Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team at BIM Global Solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit MEP/Architecture/Structure and AutoCAD, with hands-on experience in BIM modeling and coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed BIM models for MEP, Architectural, or Structural projects using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and industry standards.
• Work on international projects across various domains like commercial, residential, metro, and infrastructure.
• Support project teams in resolving modeling issues and provide technical assistance when needed.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Revit (MEP/Architecture/Structure) & AutoCAD

Strong understanding of BIM workflows and industry standards

Experience in clash detection and coordination

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Knowledge of LOD 300 to 500 modeling standards

Familiarity with BIM 360 (added advantage)
