Job Description

  • Create and maintain accurate BIM models for various projects.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design integrity.
  • Develop 2D and 3D visualizations of building designs.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in BIM modeling.
  • Assist in the coordination of project elements and provide support to project teams.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of BIM software such as Revit or AutoCAD
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with potential field visits to construction sites
