Job Location : Pune

Experience : 2 - 8 Years

Qualification : BE/B.Tech - (Civil)

Required Skills & Experience:

• Candidate to have Civil Engineering background with minimum 2 years relevant experience in precast.
• Knowledge of detailing/modelling software with hands-on experience of minimum 2 years. (AutoCAD, Tekla structures). Experience of 3D modelling, basic knowledge of Tekla components is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and delivering projects successfully.
• Exposure of client coordination on international precast projects.
• Positive attitude, able to lead team of minimum 03-04 associates.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, conduct project review meetings and identify potential issues on precast projects.
• Familiarity with metric and imperial units.

Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively identifying issues, informing project leader well in advance.
• Prepare effort estimation and list of deliverables to be produced.
• Spot- checking to ensure quality of deliverables which is in form of either model or drawings.
• Understand, follow departmental procedures.
• Mentoring junior and intermediate team members.
