Bim Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit or similar software
• Interpret and work from architectural and engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications
• Coordinate and integrate models across different disciplines to detect and resolve clashes using tools like Navisworks
• Update models based on design changes and project requirements
• Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate model outputs
• Follow project BIM standards and contribute to the development of BIM execution plans
• Maintain proper documentation and version control for models and drawings
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support as required
