BIM Modeler - Structure

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain BIM models and drawings using Autodesk

Revit.
Good knowledge and hands on with AutoCAD, CADSRC and Navisworks and IFC standards.
Ensure compliance with Company standards and QMS.
Collaborate with engineers and senior team members to deliver accurate and timely outputs.
Participate in multiple projects, maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Support automation initiatives by learning tools like

Dynamo

and

Grasshopper .

Required Skills
Proficiency in Autodesk

Revit , AutoCAD, CADSRC and developing knowledge of Navisworks.
Good understanding of

Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines .
Familiarity with Revit libraries, content catalog and family concepts.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement.
