🚀 We’re Hiring | BIM Modeler
Heal Construct is looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to join our growing team and support our projects for clients. This is a remote position based in India, offering the opportunity to work on international design and construction projects.

BIM Modeler – Architecture (Residential & Commercial)
🔹 Location
Remote (India)
Working with a Florida, USA–based architecture & construction firm
🔹 Software Skills Required
Autodesk Revit (Strong proficiency required)
AutoCAD
Navisworks (preferred)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
PDF editing tools
🔹 Education & Experience
2+ years of experience in BIM modeling for residential and/or commercial projects
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
Develop accurate Revit BIM models for architectural scope
Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and coordination models
Update models based on redlines, RFIs, and design revisions
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams
Ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and quality control
Support quantity take-offs and documentation from BIM models
🔹 Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of architectural drawings and building systems
Excellent attention to detail and model coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote work environment
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player
