Bim Modeller - Architecture

Are you based in India and have experience working on UK projects?

We’re looking for a skilled BIM Modeler-Architecture to join our team. If you have (5+ years) experience in developing and coordinating BIM models, a strong eye for detail, and enjoy collaborating across disciplines, we’d love to hear from you.

The Opportunity:

- Work on an exciting project combining heritage and contemporary construction

- Take full ownership of BIM models and management systems from concept to as-built (up to LOD500)

- Coordinate with both internal and external design teams

Develop your own systems to create accurate, detailed, and UK-compliant models

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the ability to create and manage architectural models
• Proficiency in architectural design and modeling tools related to the construction industry
• Experience with creating and reviewing construction drawings and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) designs
• Attention to detail and capability to ensure accuracy in design and documentation
• Ability to read, interpret, and manipulate technical drawings and specifications
• Solid understanding of industry standards and a collaborative approach to working in multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with clash detection processes and problem-solving in design
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms is advantageous

Salary - INR 6,00,000 - INR 12,00,000 depending on experience.
