Job Summary:
RAYWELL is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Modeller

to join our MEP team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of

Revit

and an eagerness to learn

MEP modeling, coordination, and BIM processes . This is an

onsite position in Ahmedabad

offering excellent growth opportunities for freshers and junior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Create accurate

MEP 3D models

using

Revit .
Support senior engineers in preparing

MEP layouts, drawings, and models .
Assist in

clash detection

and coordination with other disciplines using

BIM 360 or Navisworks .
Maintain model standards and ensure consistency across projects.
Assist in

document control and version management

of BIM models.
Learn and apply

USA standards or project-specific requirements

under guidance.
Collaborate with design teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in

Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering .
Fresher or up to 2 years

of relevant experience.
Hands-on knowledge of

Revit (preferably MEP) .
Basic understanding of

MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)

is a plus.
Willingness to learn

BIM 360, Navisworks , and

MEP coordination processes .
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to

MEP modeling or internships

in design offices.
Knowledge of

USA standards or codes

is a bonus.
Familiarity with

AutoCAD .
