Responsibilities

• Responsible in the overall implementation of the BIM plan.
• Liaise with Senior Project Manager on BIM execution based on project needs and requirements.
• Responsible on the coordination drawing/technical issues for the projects.
• Responsible in creating 3D models and preparing related drawings/documents as per schedule, ensuring good quality.
• Responsible on the execution and maintain the BIM execution plan.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant statutory bodies as required.
• Continuously review BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Ensure the BIM model is produced according to the required standards.
• Responsible on the updating BIM model throughout the entire project.
• Responsible in the developing each trade family.
