BIM Modeller/Coordinator

Report to the Manager/Team leader as shown in the organization chart. Responsible for the coordination and control of technical matters, quality implementation and site supervision work.

Scopes: The detailed duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Proficient in using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD etc BIM/CAD software.
• Manage all architectural and structural modelling, technical drawings/detailing, and documentation using BIM software.
• Coordinate with all disciplines project coordinators to deliver the project.
• Manage internal coordination drawing schedule and the subcontractor model updates.
• Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate the technical issues.
• Production and maintaining of drawings from BIM (Revit) model and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved.
