Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a BIM Architect at our Gurugram office. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, preparing architectural and construction drawings, and ensuring the accuracy of project submittals. The role involves close collaboration with the design team and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural design and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings for designing and developing creative and functional spaces
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and techniques
• Skills in preparing Construction Drawings and detailed Submittals
• Strong project management, organization, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with urban design and large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus
