Location:  Pune (WFO)

Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:  US Multi Family Residential projects experience must

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (IST)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality BIM models as per US standards

- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues proactively

- Create Revit models from scratch up to LOD 400

- Run clash detection and model review using Navisworks

- Collaborate on BIM 360 for cloud-based project management

- Communicate clearly and confidently in project meetings and reviews

- Preferred US Residential Project experience

- For senior roles - experience handling a team and working on SD, DD, CD, Permit stage and experience leading a team of BIM engineers.

- For Senior BIM Specialist (Structures) - experience working on MWF, experience handling a team is a must.
