We are seeking a BIM Technician to be based in our Dubai office.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural and other MEP disciplines to eliminate clashes.
• Develop, modify and maintain BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Ensure all models adhere to project‑specific BIM execution plans and company standards; assist in the design of MEP systems where applicable.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts and schedules for MEP systems using BIM tools.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using software such as Navisworks.
