BIM Technician III

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician III to join our innovative team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for performing advanced technical work utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support our projects.

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projects
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integration
• Manage and coordinate BIM‑related aspects of projects including timelines and deliverables
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementation
• Train and supervise junior BIM technicians overseeing workflow and quality control
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates and best practices
• Participate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries
