Job Description

Job Scope:

The person will be collaborating closely with site personnel and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business but not limited to the below:

  1. Technical Design & Drafting

  2. Design and develop 2D drawings based on client design specifications.

  3. Prepare drawings for submission, including Design, Issued for Construction (IFC), and As-Built.
  4. Develop 3D models (Revit) and ensure all BIM deliverables adhere to project specifications.
  5. Conduct clash detection and resolve multidisciplinary coordination issues.

  6. Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

  7. Engineering Support

  8. Attend design related meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants.

  9. Perform calculations to determine appropriate pipe sizing, Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for project tender and procurement.
