Job Description

Barna Recycling is seeking a suitable candidate for the Bin Management Services Department. Barna Recycling's Bin Management Services department is responsible for bin deliveries to customers, takebacks from customers, bin repairs, bin replacements etc.


  • Scheduling bin deliveries and collections, Repairs, Replacements from our bin management system for the Connaught region.
  • Scheduling service rep workloads for current and next day, communicating orders to drivers.
  • Monitoring of workflow to ensure completion of requests in a timely fashion.
  • Bin stock management. Ordering and managing bins, use of secondhand bins.
  • Stocktaking to ensure bin stocks are adequate in bin depots.
  • Managing returns and liaising with sales and customer care department on account closures.
  • Resolving both customer and internal queries.
  • Communicating with Sales Dept. to advise on bin delivery/collection times.
  • Responsible for following up with customers and drivers to confirm bin delivery dates and scheduling collection dates and times.
  • Identify and deal with discrepancies.
  • Occasional Transport Admin within the Transport Department
  • Any miscellaneous/ad hoc duties requested by Management
