<p><p><b>Job Description:</b> Key Account Manager<br/><br/><b>Position Overview:</b> The Key Account Manager is responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting software solutions, generating leads, and closing sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, giving product demos, and maintaining long-term client relationships to achieve sales targets.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/><b>Lead Generation & Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking.</p><p><br/><br/>- Create and manage a qualified lead pipeline.</p><p><br/><br/>- Research market trends and target customer segments.<br/><br/><b>Sales & Client Conduct product demos and explain software features and benefits.</p><p><br/><br/>- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pricing.</p><p><br/><br/>- Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales.</p><p><br/><br/>- Negotiate terms and close deals.<br/><br/><b>Customer Relationship Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.</p><p><br/><br/>- Handle client queries and coordinate with the technical/support team.</p><p><br/><br/>- Build long-term relations to generate repeat business and Work with the sales manager and product team for smooth execution of projects.</p><p><br/><br/>- Provide customer feedback for product improvement.</p><p><br/><br/>- Update CRM with leads, calls, meetings, and sales Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.</p><p><br/><br/>- Track performance against targets.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.</p><p><br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in software/SaaS/B2B sales.</p><p><br/><br/>- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</p><p><br/><br/>- Ability to understand and explain technical Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, BI & AI, Cloud & Big Data, Application Product Engineering, Smart TaxTech (VAT Solutions), InsureTech, Fleet & Logistics Management (IoT), Data Life Cycle Solutions, EduTech Solutions.</p><p><br/><br/><b>Industry BFSI (Financial Services), Transport & Logistics, Oil & Gas, Industrial & Manufacturing, Mining & Metals, Real Estate & Construction, Tourism, Education, Public Sector, and Large Enterprises.</p><p><br/><br/>- Exceptional communication and networking skills.</p><p><br/><br/>- Ability to operate both individually and as a cohesive member of a team.</p><p><br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
