Job Description Job Description Cummings Printing is seeking a mechanically-inclined Bindery Helper to join our team in Hooksett, NH, for our 1st shift operations. Responsibilities: Assist bindery operators with: Saddle stitching, perfect binding, trimming, folding, collating, and packing Load, unload, and stage printed materials and signatures Feed materials into bindery equipment under operator supervision Stack, bundle, strap, and palletize finished products accurately Perform basic quality checks to ensure: Correct page order Proper trimming and alignment Clean, secure binding Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist with job changeovers and cleanup between runs Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Communicate issues or defects immediately to the Lead Operator or Manager Support on-time job completion by maintaining an efficient workflow Qualifications & Requirements: Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
