**Job Title: Bindery Operator** **Job Description**
As a Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for performing set-up tasks, monitoring the equipment, and troubleshooting on our Core Publishing Solutions team.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
+ Monitor the equipment and product quality; obtain maintenance support for equipment as needed.
+ Perform simple to moderately complex troubleshooting related to product or equipment.
+ Communicate effectively during shift and at shift hand-off.
+ Evaluate the mechanical condition of equipment and complete preventative maintenance.
+ Use computer-based workflow applications to manage files.
+ Accurately document activities on Tier Boards and in relevant systems (MII, SAP), including material usage and equipment issues.
+ Perform feeding, catching off, stacking, bundling or physical inventory cycle count activities.
