VHIR offers vacant position for a Bioinformatics – Genomics Technician in Clinical and Translational Bioinformatics Research Group
Education and qualifications:
Required:
Graduate degree in Bioinformatics or closely related fields
Master in Bioinformatics or closely related fields, particularly Genomics or Computational Biology.
Fluency in Catalan/Spanish, English (business level)
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
Demonstrable knowledge in the processing of RNAseq and scRNAseq data
Demonstrable skills in standard bioinformatics techniques and data analysis
Good knowledge of Python coding
