Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join a cutting-edge project focused on developing and improving computational tools and platforms for the integrative analysis of genomic data.

The goal is to advance our understanding of genome function, 3D genome structure, and evolution, by developing:

• New algorithms for multi-omic data integration
• Scalable, reproducible and user‑friendly computational platforms
• Tools for the analysis and storage of genomic, epigenomic, structural and functional data from model and non-model species
