Commitment Required

Full-time (8 hours/day) 40 hours per week with overlap 4 hours with PST

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Training Specialist (Biology) to design advanced Biology problems for training and evaluating state-of-the-art AI models. The role focuses on converting complex, often diagram-based biological concepts into precise, text-only, solvable problems.

Main Responsibilities

Design and curate upper-undergraduate and graduate-level Biology problems with clear, fully worked solutions.

Create challenging, realistic tasks that expose failure modes in frontier AI systems.
