We are seeking an experienced Biology Teacher to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in biological sciences. This role involves creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters student engagement and promotes a deep understanding of biology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging biology lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to enhance student learning.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students to enhance their understanding of biological concepts.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create an integrated learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in biology and educational techniques.
• Manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive learning environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of teaching experience out of which minimum 2 years in IGCSE, AS and A level.
• International experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of biology concepts, theories, and applications.
• Proficient in using technology and digital tools for teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
• Ability to create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
