Bioprocess Technician

At IQS, we need someone to operate the Bioprocess Pilot Plant located at the IQS Centre for Transfer of Processes and Integrative Technologies (CTPTI) (

Specific duties

• Operate the pilot plant and bioprocess units, including preparation and sterilisation of culture media, operation and control of the bioreactor, unloading and processing of bioproducts through cell disruption, centrifugation, microfiltration, ultrafiltration and freeze-drying operations.
• Work in the inoculum preparation laboratory, process analysis and quality control.
• Design and management of services according to customer specifications.
• Development and implementation of operating procedures (SOPs, standard operating procedures), operation records, and quality system.
