The School of Population Health is a new school at RCSI, but one that builds on an impressive tradition of impactful science, research and scholarship. The School of Population Health integrates diverse scientific disciplines, including epidemiology, statistics, intervention and implementation health systems research, health services research, health psychology, health policy and health economics. This multidisciplinary approach supports the development of multifaceted solutions necessary to address the complex nature of population health challenges. Established in 2016, the RCSI Data Science Centre (DSC) seeks to improve human health and quality of life by applying a rigorous and innovative approach to the design, analysis and reporting of health research studies.
