About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join

our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and

maintaining strong relationships, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer

experience that drives satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure they are met with appropriate solutions.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns efficiently, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Support, Product) to resolve customer issues.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant services when appropriate.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to help improve the product and service quality.
  • Ensure timely renewal of services and assist in customer retention initiatives.


Key Requirements:

  • A Master degree in Biotech/ Life Science is a must.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Service, Sales Support, CRM)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of regional languages is a plus
