About the opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Bistro Server to join our Catering team at Wests Mayfield.

In this casual role, you’ll be an important part of both our front and back of house operations, helping create great dining experiences for our members and guests. Whether it’s serving meals with a smile, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, or ensuring everything looks its best - you’ll play a key role in bringing our bistro to life.

You’ll work across our popular food outlets — Cast Iron Kitchen, Ada May Pantry, and Reload Café — where fresh, quality food and genuine service are what we’re all about.

In this role, you’ll:

·Provide warm, efficient service to members and guests

·Assist with clearing, cleaning, and general kitchen support
