To implement the structure of the project management (especially the decision-making body « Steering Committee »
To identify the needs in resources and negotiate their provision with the sponsor
To drive the project in incorporating its change management
To involve the projects shareholders
To share feedback with other project pilots
Coach the GB´s in LS methodology with projects lasting no longer than 6 months exceptionally 12 months.
Propose some ideas of improvement focused to improve the own performance or effectiveness.
Participates actively to S+ networks (events, animation of local networks etc.)./
Challenges the sponsors by giving them support
Lead kaizen events
