THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, we are seeking FIFO Blast & Paint Supervisors to join our team. As a Blast & Paint Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Supervising works to ensure all is completed to the client and company specifications
• Leading a team of trade and non‑trade personnel to accomplish key deliverables
• Liaising with Linkforce clients targeted at each site
• Planning and scheduling work and labour requirements
• Monitoring progress against the work schedule
