THE JOBThis is a full-time position supporting local blasting operations, offering hands-on training across all facets of the drilling and blasting trade. The successful candidate will work in a team-based environment, learning under the supervision of a blaster in charge while performing all duties safely and in strict compliance with blasting safety regulations.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing blast site duties such as measuring, loading, and stemming blast holes; assisting with initiation hook-ups, site clean-up, product inventory, and securing blast sites.
