Blasting Engineer at Reputable Company

Our company is an active mining company in Ghana. The company is currently doing underground mining in Ghana. We are currently looking for a qualified blasting engineer to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the blasting operations at the company’s various sites

• Supervision of the execution of blasting processes

• Supervision of the management of the explosives

• Preparing weekly and monthly plans for drilling process, and ensuring the required number of drilled boreholes required for the blasting process according to production plans

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements

• Qualified person with a Blasting Certificate from Minerals Commission.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/ Mining Engineering from an accredited University

• Knowledge of any blast design program or ability to learn the software

• Significant experience in blast
