Blender/ Forklift operator

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced Blenders to join our client, a leading manufacturer in the food industry.

We have shifts available on Day Shift and up to 10‑hour shifts on offer.

Responsibilities

• Experience in food production, blending, or sanitation is highly regarded.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and blend raw ingredients according to recipes or batch sheets.
• Operate blending equipment to ensure consistency.
• Maintain product quality by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor blending times, speeds, and temperatures to achieve desired results.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work efficiently on day shift and manage up to 10-hour shifts.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
