Our Client in Salem, NJ is seeking a Blender Operator to support production operations across all shifts, including nights and weekends. Reporting to the Blending Process Supervisor, this role is responsible for the blending and repackaging of a powdered polymer while strictly following written procedures to ensure product quality and freedom from contamination. This position offers $23.88 per hour.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing blending and repackaging of powdered polymer materials
  • Operating a forklift to move materials and support production flow
  • Following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including documentation, record keeping, and personnel hygiene
  • Complying with all safety, regulatory, and operational requirements
  • Wearing required PPE, including lab coat, hair net, gloves, and respirator
