Blending Engineer

The Blending Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, operation, and maintenance in blending systems and equipment of blending and Drumming activities. This role ensures optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of the blending lines, drumming, supporting production targets while ensuring product quality and safety compliance.

Accountabilities

Evaluate current blending/drumming systems and identify opportunities to improve throughput, reduce waste and minimize downtime.

Recommend and implement process automation, upgrades, or equipment replacements as needed.

Plan and implement efficient blending/drumming line layouts and workflows for blend product.

Work closely with planning and production and supportive teams to ensure oil availability to packing plant.

Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate with the maintenance team for corrective actions.
