About the Role

We are looking for an Experienced Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and maintain decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and blockchain-based solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with blockchain platforms, strong programming skills, and a deep understanding of cryptography, security, and distributed systems.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • dApp Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy blockchain-based applications and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) with high performance and scalability.
  • Smart Contract Engineering: Develop smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages and perform code reviews, audits, and optimization.
  • Platform Integration: Work with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, or Hyperledger and integrate them with front-end and back-end systems.
  • Security & Optimization: Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of blockchain networks. Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaboration: Participate in architecture design, technical decision-making, and collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with emerging blockchain technologies, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Blockchain Development.

  • Languages: Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript .
  • Core Concepts: Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
  • Tooling: Hands-on experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js , or similar libraries.
  • Ecosystem: Knowledge of wallets, tokens ( ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155 ), and DeFi protocols.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines , and cloud platforms.
  • Security: Experience with security best practices and smart contract auditing.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Layer 2 solutions, ZK-rollups, or cross-chain bridges .
  • Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, or Web3 gaming .
  • Prior experience in auditing smart contracts .
  • Open-source blockchain contributions.
  • Experience with IPFS, The Graph, or decentralized storage .
