Blood Bank Technician

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

• Collect and process blood samples for testing and transfusion.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of blood products.
• Perform blood typing and cross-matching procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of blood donations and inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent contamination.
• Assist in the training of new technicians.

Ideal Profile:

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
