Job Description
**Blue Print Reader/ Assembler**
**Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr**
**Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 4:30pm**
**Location: Livonia, MI**
**Direct Hire**
**Must be proficient in blue print reading**
**Duties:**
+ Setting up, operating, and training new team members on final assembly of fluid transfer system components
+ Reading blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate assembly
+ Guiding and instructing team members for safe, productive assembly
+ Ensuring all products meet customer specifications and reporting issues to the Shift Supervisor
+ Maintaining housekeeping and health/safety standards
+ Adhering to corporate and plant rules and supporting teamwork and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Assisting in achieving and maintaining IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications
+ Supporting the BTO program and using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers)
