Work collaboratively with a team of Chefs, Kitchen Utilities and Dining Room employeesBuffet style bulk cooking for Breakfast, Crib, Lunch, and / or Dinner and DessertsEnsure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling proceduresEnsure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimumMaintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards The Person
Chef Qualifications / Cert III in Commercial CookeryExperience within bulk catering environmentsExcellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operationsExperience in menu writing, rostering and cost controlExperience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines The Benefits
