Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BMC Atrium Workflow Automation Engineer . The ideal

candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining BMC

Atrium workflow automation solutions. The candidate should have a strong

understanding of BMC Atrium CMDB, Atrium Orchestrator, and other related BMC

technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement BMC Atrium workflow automation solutions to

meet business requirements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient

workflow automation processes

- Configure and customize BMC Atrium CMDB and Atrium Orchestrator to automate

IT processes

- Provide technical expertise and support for BMC Atrium workflow automation

initiatives

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Atrium workflow automation

solutions

- Document workflows, processes, and configurations

Requirements:

- 3-4 year experience in designing and implementing BMC Atrium workflow

automation solutions

- Strong knowledge of BMC Atrium CMDB, Atrium Orchestrator, and related BMC

technologies

- Proficiency in  PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting , xml, JavaScript, SQL and

webservice

- Experience with IT service management and IT operations management

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- BMC Atrium certifications are a plus
