BMC Helix Developer

Position Description:

Senior BMC Helix Solution Architect / Integration Lead
Role Purpose
Own end-to-end architecture, development, and integration of BMC Helix Experience, ITSM, CMDB, and Digital Workplace platforms, delivering scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and lead implementation of:
BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, CMDB, Smart Reporting
Design complex integrations with:
Helix Integration Studio
Atrium Integrator / Orchestrator
Monitoring tools, HR systems, Asset tools, Cloud platforms
Lead development of:
Custom workflows, UI, business logic
REST/SOAP APIs and data synchronization
Define CMDB strategy:
CI taxonomy, reconciliation, service modeling, audits
Build executive dashboards for:
Service health, SLA, Experience (XLAs), Trends, RCA
Drive automation using:
Helix Innovation Suite
AIOps & event correlation (where applicable)
Act as SME and escalation point for:
Performance, upgrades, patches, security
Mentor junior developers and govern coding standards.
Engage with VPs, Service Owners, HR, and Business leaders.
Own solution design, HLD/LLD, and roadmap.
Skills & Experience
7-10 years in BMC Remedy / Helix Architecture.
Expert in:
Helix ITSM, CMDB, Digital Workplace, Smart IT
Smart Reporting, Atrium, Integration Studio
Strong in:
ITIL, Service Design, Service Transition
API design, data modeling, automation
Experience in Telecom / Airlines / Large Enterprise environments.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management.
