Job Description

  • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management with at least 5+ years dedicated to BMC Helix Discovery .

  • Strong expertise in Discovery patterns, CMDB integration, and service modeling .

  • Hands on experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, and network device discovery .

  • Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.) and application discovery.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) discovery capabilities.

  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation and customization.

  • Experience in ITIL processes and ITSM/ITOM tool integration.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in enterprise environments.
