Job Description

Must Have :

  • Strong experience with BMC TrueSight Operations Management installation,Upgrade,integration,Administration,configuration (Especially with version 10.x & later)
  • Strong experience in installation of Patrol Agents on Windows,RHEL,AIX,Solaris OS
  • Experience in working on knowledge modules like DB,Websphere,Exchange,Sentry hardware,Sentry monitoring studio etc. along with basic KMs like OS,LOG,URL
  • Good to have working knowledge of custom KMs
  • Troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent, TrueSight server compoenent issues
  • Strong Experience in Event Management policy Administration,configuration
  • Experience in Design & implementation of integration solutions with 3rd party tools for event & performance management
  • Experience with TrueSight-Remedy ITSM integration, troubleshooting,enhancements
  • Working knowledge of MRLs,custom classes
