Bms Engineer/HVAC Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end deployment of hardware and ensuring deployments are completed on time and within budget.
• Support the onsite team during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
• Select hardware for building automation such as valves, actuators, sensors, switches, etc.
• Experience handling a BMS with Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, CCTV System, and their integration.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, motors, pumps, chiller plants, air handling units, and BMS energy efficiency methodology.
• Handle electrical INFRA projects (preferably commercial/office/IT campuses/hotels/hospitals) involving end-to-end work from design to completion.
• Prepare or review budget, BOQ, and SOW for capex and opex activities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and trials of new concepts, techniques, products, or technologies.
