We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Wire Harness Builder with experience using the board method to join our team in Auburn, IN. This position involves assembling wire harnesses according to prints and specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:
  • Build wire harnesses using the board method
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, prints, and work instructions
  • Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires
  • Install connectors, terminals, and other components
  • Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
