Position Summary: (Hybrid Position)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. This role involves creating and implementing behavior intervention plans, monitoring progress, and supporting clients with developmental or behavioral challenges in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Conduct assessments, including preference assessments and functional behavior assessments, under BCBA supervision.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to track client progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Provide direct ABA services to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
