Job Description

As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), you will play a key role in designing and maintaining individualized treatment programs for clients. Youll conduct behavioral assessments, supervise and mentor team members, analyze client data, communicate with families, ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, and participate in ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans tailored to each clients needs. Conduct behavioral assessments and collect/interpret data to inform treatment decisions. Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members. Maintain regular communication with families and caregivers, providing updates and education. Ensure adherence to ethical standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
