**Salary:**$75,000-$80,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits + Professional Development Support
**Schedule:**Flexible M-F Hybrid | Regional Travel to EMPOWER Locations

**Travel Expectations**

This role includes a**variable regional travel requirement**, estimated at**20%-50% per month**depending on program needs. While telehealth services are also provided, you will primarily travel to support**EMPOWER sites**:

- New Bern
- Elizabeth City
- Ahoskie
- Greenville
- Morehead City
- Wilmington

All**work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay**, and, depending on cost-effectiveness,**a travel vehicle may be provided**. Youll have flexibility to**plan travel around program needs**while maintaining a**healthy work-life balance**.

**What Youll Do**

- Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement and measurable growth.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
- Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices.
- Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes.
- Deliver in-service training and represent ESPH at professional conferences.
