Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Bear, Delaware

A full-time Behavioral Case Manager position is available for a National Certified BCBA to support high school-aged students during the 26/27 school year. This contract role, based in Bear, DE, offers a caseload of approximately 10-20 students and requires 35-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) as a top priority
• Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing BIPs, taking over these tasks from the school psychologist
• Providing direct support to students with behavioral needs
• Training and instructing teachers on the implementation of behavioral plans to ensure consistency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
• National certification in behavior analysis
